According to the reports:
Dustin Wayne Womack, 23, of 4540 Rockmart Highway, also damaged the victim’s vehicle and stole a gun.
Womack was charged with misdemeanor probation violation, two counts of misdemeanor third degree cruelty to children, two counts of misdemeanor battery, misdemeanor battery, felony aggravated assault, and felony criminal damage to property.
