A Rome man remained in jail Thursday night after he made threats at a local business, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

David Alan McCrickard, 64, of 235 Ellis Road, was at the Northern Integrity Counseling Services office at 226 N. 5th Ave., on Dec. 2 when he threatened to kill the victim’s dog and burn down their house.

McCrickard was arrested on Wednesday and remained in jail Thursday night without bond.
