11 charged after underage party in Aragon

ARAGON — Eleven people face charges after Polk County police found several underage and juvenile party-goers drinking at an Aragon home, according to reports.

According to Polk County Police Department reports, officers were called to 145 North Bellview Road recently regarding a party. Officers said they arrived to find a large crowd in the garage and driveway.

Homeowner Michael Jason Holder told police there were teens at the party and some had been drinking. Holder was also arrested and charged with 10 counts of contributing to the delinquency of minors.

Officers administered breath tests and arrested six people between the ages of 17 and 19 on charges of underage drinking and transported them to the Polk County Jail.
