Cherokee County commissioners approve $1 million for Woodstock trails

The Cherokee County Board of Commissioners has approved a contract of almost $1 million for the construction of trails in the city of Woodstock.

The county awarded a $999,939 contract to Atlanta-based Georgia Development Partners LLC for trail construction, to be paid for through park bonds.

The Woodstock City Council approved the contract at an earlier December meeting.
