Moses Roscoe "Moe" Eaddy, 43, was taken into custody on Oct. 29, authorities said.
He's charged with rape and sexual assault by a corrections or disability services employee, Cobb County Jail records show. The jail records do not indicate whether he has an attorney.
Eaddy is accused of attacking women on Sept. 10 and 17 in a storage room at The Circle in Austell, authorities said. The case involves three women with disabilities, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
The center provides mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability treatment to residents of Cobb and Douglas counties.
Eaddy passed a state background check and was hired in February, Cobb County Community Services Board spokesman Allan Lipsett told The Marietta Daily Journal. Lipsett said he was dismissed when the board learned of the allegations.
