Floyd County's Lowe's deal featured in Georgia Trend magazine

In the November 2012 edition of Georgia Trend magazine, Rome and Floyd County's work to get the Lowe's distribution center built in the new industrial park on Highway 53 was featured in a story titled "Deal of the Year."

The Lowe's story joins stories about Starbucks soluable plant to the Augusta area, Caterpillar building a plant on the Oconee-Clarke County line, Dinex in Dublin and the Baxter International pharmaceuticals factory in the Joint Development Authority of Jasper, Morgan, Newton and Walton Counties.
