Heat pump, copper wiring stolen

A property owner discovered a heat pump and copper wiring missing from a rental property on Monday, according to Rome police reports.

According to the report:

Someone took a 2.5-ton heat pump valued at approximately $5,500 and copper wiring valued at approximately $2,000 from under the Waddell Street residence between Jan. 2 and Jan. 7.

No suspects were named at the time of the report.
