Heating-AC unit stolen from residence

A heating and air condition unit was taken from a rental property on Spring Creek Street, according to Rome police reports.

According to the report:

The owner said that someone had cut the service wires and copper wiring to the unit and took the two and a half ton Trane brand unit from the residence some time during the last two weeks. It was valued at approximately $2,000.

No suspects were listed at the time of the incident.
