According to the reports:
Gregory Bernard Gibson, 37, of 2 N. Sycamore St., “busted through the door of the home” on Copeland Street late Tuesday night as he fled police.
He was captured shortly afterward.
In addition to the felony burglary charge, Gibson was charged with felony marijuana possession, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of cocaine and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
He was also charged with misdemeanor criminal trespass.
Police also charged Euris Andra Elkins, 48, of 9 Copeland St., with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, disorderly conduct and probation violation.
Gibson was being held Wednesday night on $27,700 bond while Elkins remained in jail without bond.
