Redmond Regional Medical Center officials cut the ribbon for the hospital’s new Surgical Services unit on the fourth floor Thursday. The 34-room unit has been equipped with the latest in patient care technology to help the hospital retain its high ratings in several industry surveys. Redmond was recently named No. 1 in the state for medium-sized hospitals by Georgia Trend.
