A Marietta man was in jail Tuesday on misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges after he was arrested for his behavior at Floyd Medical Center, reports stated.

According to Floyd County Jail reports:

Robert Jonathan Lee, 29, of a Marietta address, was arrested at Floyd Medical Center at 9:20 p.m. Monday by Floyd County Sheriff’s deputies on a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge for violent behavior in the hospital.

Reports stated Lee kicked holes in the wall of a room in the emergency room at the hospital, and was also “using obscene and vulgar language” at the time while a child was walking in front of the room.

Lee remained in the Floyd County Jail late Tuesday on a $1,350 property bond.
