Armando Wright and Vincent Finley have opened Hands On, Hands Off auto clean up and detail shop at 3090 Cedartown Highway, across from the Rome campus of Georgia Highlands College.

“We offer self serve or full detail work,” Wright said. Hence the name, Hands On, Hands Off.

“We’re licensed, bonded and insured,” Wright said. “We can come pick up your vehicle or you can bring it by and we’ll bring it back to you.”

A car wash existed in their location but had been closed for at least two years, Wright said. “We closed in one of the bays and do full detail work in that area,” he added.

Wright and Finley will host a grand opening of their business Saturday, March 31, beginning at 9 a.m.

The clean up and detail shop offer daily 10 percent discounts to all local college students and teachers with their valid ID. Similarly, military, law enforcement and public safety personnel will also get a 10 percent discount

The business is regularly open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
