According to the reports:
Devon Franklin Jones Jr., 20, of 989 Harmony Road, ran when he was told by police to stop.
He then gave them a fake name and birth date.
Jones was charged with misdemeanor obstruction, misdemeanor giving a false name or birth date, felony burglary, misdemeanor probation violation, and misdemeanor failure to appear.
He remained in jail Tuesday night without bond on a probation violation.
