Band History

We started at the Coosa Valley Fair in 2007. We entered the Coosa Valley Idol competition just for fun and it snowballed from there.

We ended up winning the competition and then "Jake" purchased a 1974 Dodge Monaco "Bluesmobile" replica that we take to all our shows. We have done dozens of shows all over the south for over 20,000 people.

We are 150% energy from start to finish and we GURANTEE a good time!

Description

We sing and perform songs from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's, with an emphasis on tunes made famous by the original Blues Brothers, Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi.

We perform as a duo with background music or with our band, the "Backstreet Boogie Band".

We combine singing, dancing, comedy and magic. The Georgia Blues Brothers GUARENTEE a good time!

The Blues Brothers, Delbert McClinton, Sam and Dave, 80's Rock and Roll, and Merle Haggard (everybody credits him, right?)
