Trafficking suspect faces more charges

A Rome woman who was arrested during the weekend on a drug trafficking charge now faces more drug charges, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Amanda Jean Nails, 28, of 245 Cave Spring St., was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

Dennis Lee Tucker, 38, of the same address, was also charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute in conjunction with the same incident.

Investigators recovered a quantity of meth that was intended for sale from the subjects’ vehicle. Both remain in jail without bond.
