Miss Bailey
Miss Bailey is the granddaughter of Bill Howard of Carrollton and the late Glenda Howard. She is also the granddaughter of Roger Bailey of Rockmart and Anne Sturdivant of Powder Springs. She is the sister of Andrew Bailey of Rockmart.
The bride-elect is a 2008 home school graduate and attended Georgia Highlands College. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Jacksonville State University in May of 2012 with a bachelor’s Degree in Social Work. While there, she was a member of Phi Alpha honor society and Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Miss Bailey is currently employed with Floyd County Department of Family and Children Services.
Bell is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny Brooks of Lindale, Shirley Bell of Lindale and the late James Bell. He is the brother of Bonnie Bell Rampley of Lindale and Katie and Tyler Bell of Cave Spring.
The groom-elect graduated in 2008 from Pepperell High School and is a 2012 graduate of Georgia Northwestern Technical College with an associate of Applied Sciences degree in Instrumentation and Controls Technology. He is employed by Georgia Power at Plant Bowen.
The wedding is planned for 6 p.m. on Nov. 17, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Lindale. Invitations have been sent.
