Miss Thomas
Miss Thomas is a 2006 honor graduate of Rome High School. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Southwestern State University with a degree in interrelated special education with a minor in reading in 2010. She was a member of the Kappa Delta Sorority while at the university. She graduated from the University of West Georgia with a master’s in special education in 2012. She is currently pursuing her specialist degree in special education at the University of West Georgia. She is employed as a special education teacher at Midway Primary School in Rome.
The bride-elect is the sister of Auston Lee Thomas of Rome. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hubert Thomas of Rome and the late Mr. and Mrs. William T. Roper Sr.
Hall is a 2005 honor graduate of Armuchee High School. He attended Mercer University where he majored in communications and journalism with a minor in Spanish. While at the university, he was a brother of the Kappa Alpha Order. He is currently a member of the Floyd Springs Masonic Lodge #167, the Rome Shrine Club, the Scottish Rite, and the Johnny Agan Chapter of the Traveling Men. Hall is employed through his family’s business, Willerson’s Wall to Wall Flooring in Rome, and B & N Bank Solutions in Rome.
The groom-elect is the brother of Katherine Cecilia Hall of Rome. He is grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Doyal Cagle Sr. of Rome, James Hall of Rome, and the late Shirley Ann Lane of Rome.
The ceremony is planned for Nov. 17, 2012 in Rome. Formal invitations have been sent.
