Lorenzo Deon Blackburn
According to the reports:
Lorenzo Deon Blackburn, 35, of 8 College St., was charged with misdemeanor prostitution at the intersection of East Main Street and Glover Street. The report stated that Blackburn said he would perform sexual favors for $40.
He was released from jail on Thursday night on a $1,300 bond.
