Parents have called the Rome News-Tribune concerned about a rumor about a hit list that targets 100 people.
Floyd County police spokesman Jerome Poole said there is no evidence a list exists.
School spokesman Tim Hensley said administrators were aware of the rumors but they were just that—rumors.
