Woman charged with aggravated stalking

A Rome woman was charged with a felony count of aggravated stalking after she allegedly violated a conditional bond on Friday, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Rebecca Leigh Anne Nunez, 18, of 9½ Sycamore St., was additionally charged with misdemeanors simple battery and criminal trespassing, both under the Family Violence Act.

Nunez allegedly provoked a victim using violent, physical contact and violated a conditional bond issued in August.

She was being held without bond for her felony charge.
