The Small Business Action Council of the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce is hosting the 25th annual Business EXPO today at The Forum in

downtown Rome. Doors will be open from 10:00am – 3:00pm, $5 admission for adults, children 6 and under are free.

The annual Business EXPO features Chamber-member businesses showcasing their products and services while promoting to shop locally and encouraging economic growth for the Rome-Floyd

County community. This year the event will display a circus carnival theme and there will be family friendly activities and giveaways. Food vendors will also be onsite. The sponsors for this

year’s Business EXPO include Coosa Valley Credit Union, DaVita Dialysis, Kroger, Purchasing Alliance Solutions, Kindred Hospital of Rome and La Marie’s at Magretta Hall.

Foss Manufacturing Co., the newest manufacturing addition to our community, will be accepting applications for employment opportunities at their booth.

This year’s chairman, Kaytlin Greenley from Coosa Valley Credit Union, emphasizes that proceeds from the Business EXPO will fund the Chamber’s ShopRomeSM advertising campaign.
