Miss Garner
Miss Garner is the granddaughter of Inez Garrett Lucas of Rome, Jean Garner of Center, Ala., the late Jerry Garrett and the late H. L. Garner. She is the sister of Jason Garner of Rome.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Coosa High School.
Sisson is the grandson of Margaret Sisson of Silver Creek, Rev. and Mrs. Gerald Robinson and the late Glenn Sisson. He is the brother of Jennifer Arnold and William Sisson, Jr.
The groom-elect graduated from Stanford Career Institute.
The wedding is planned for 3 p.m. on December 1, 2012 at Glory Tabernacle Church in Rome.
