Two Bartow sheriff’s deputies involved in fatal shooting

Two Bartow sheriff’s deputies were involved in a fatal shooting Thursday night, according to a sheriff’s report.

According to the report:

The deputies were at an Evergreen Trail residence when the incident occurred at about 6 p.m.

No law enforcement officers were injured, and the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office is working with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation to investigate the shooting. No further information was available at press time.
