The parking lot at the corner of Third Avenue and Broad Street is open for parking, though the lot will not be paved until after the first of the year.

The Downtown Development Authority and city Public Works personnel will soon be putting out cross ties to indicate where spaces will be and how traffic will flow through the lot once it is completed.
