Harbin Clinic announced Monday that Chief Operating Officer Kenna Stock will take over the newly-created position of executive director next March.

In this new position, Stock will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Harbin Clinic and will work to ensure all goals, values and financial objectives of the clinic are met.

With more than 25 years healthcare experience, she will work to advance the strategic vision of the CEO and Board of Managers.

“I am extremely confident in Kenna’s ability to undertake these new responsibilities knowing how effectively she has led Clinic operations for the past eleven years,” said CEO and president, Ken Davis.

“She possesses all of the qualifications needed in this position, and most importantly, she deeply understands the Harbin Clinic mission and culture.”

Stock will begin her new position effective March 1, 2013.

Stock joined Harbin Clinic in 1999 as the director of the business office and was promoted to COO in 2001. Prior to joining Harbin, she was with Esse Health, a multi-specialty physician group out of St. Louis, Mo.

Stock obtained her bachelor of arts degree in human resource management from Lindenwood University in 1994 and received her masters of business administration from Shorter College in 2007.
