GHC basketball: Lady Chargers improve to 10-0; men's team falls to Middle Georgia Tech

The No. 10-ranked Georgia Highlands Lady Chargers rolled to a 74-29 victory against the Lady Titans of Middle Georgia Tech to improve to 10-0 on the season.

The Lady Chargers were led by Seandre Lee with 21 points and 10 rebounds and Gabrielle Kendall with 14 points and five steals.

The Lady Chargers will be at home on Wednesday for a GCAA conference showdown against the Lady Jaguars of Georgia Perimeter College. Tip-off for the Lady Chargers is set for 5:30 p.m.

MIDDLE GA. TECH MEN 97, GHC 92

The Chargers had no answer for the tandem of Dwayne Bryant and D’Meco Rozier who had 24 points and 22 points, respectively.

The leading scores for the Chargers was Femi Ojuolape with 20 points, Matt Welch with 16 points and 12 rebounds, Matt Catanzano with 13 points and Damon Mitchell with 12 points.

The Chargers are at home again on Wednesday facing the Jaguars of Georgia Perimeter at 7:30 p.m.
