Report: Lindale man tried to sell stolen phones at local convenience store

A Lindale man allegedly attempted to sell two stolen phones at a convenience store last month, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the reports:

Joshua Franklin Reynolds, 31, of 918 Booger Hollow Road, was charged with misdemeanor theft by receiving stolen property for having possession of the phones and was also charged with felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, probation violation, misdemeanor probation violation and is also being held on two child support warrants.

He remained in jail Wednesday night without bond.
