Dakota Stephen Brooks
According to the report:
Dakota Stephen Brooks, 18, of 317 Bells Ferry Road, concealed a hat from Lids in the mall and walked out of the store. When he was taken into custody he had a mixture of Powerade and vodka.
Brooks admitted the presence of alcohol in the drink, and the odor of alcohol was detected on his breath.
He was charged with misdemeanor counts of theft by shoplifting and underage possession of alcohol.
He remained in jail Saturday night on $1,140 bond.
