Man charged with drug possession

A man charged with felony possession of methamphetamine was booked into Floyd County Jail on Thursday, according to Floyd County Jail reports.

According to the report:

Daramis Deunte Stevenson, 23, of Newport Richey, Fla., is alleged to have had a clear bag of suspected methamphetamine on a counter in a room he was in at a Pine Ridge Drive residence in May.

Stevenson was also charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.
