Halyn Thomas Pasley
According to the reports:
Halyn Thomas Pasley, 21, of 178 Ellis Road, was found with synthetic marijuana at the center at about 4:45 a.m. on Friday.
He was charged with felony possession of drugs across the guard line, misdemeanor obstruction and probation violation.
The report did not give further details. Pasley remained in jail Friday night on $3,500 bond.
