A Rome woman has been charged with using the identity of a woman from Texas to acquire a job, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Sontia Morales Jimenez, 42, of a Wilkens Street address, was arrested by Rome police on Thursday for using another woman’s identity in July 2010 to get a job at Syntec Industries.

Morales was charged with felony identity fraud and is out of jail on a $5,700 bond.
