Signs are posted in the window at 510 Broad St. indicating that a Jamwich restaurant will be opening soon.

Personnel at the Downtown Development Authority office indicated that they have been working with Shadae Yancey on the project. Yancey was at one time affiliated with the Waterclub Restaurant in Cave Spring.

Pinson’s Inc. of Rome has the contract for the renovation of the interior of the building.

The building is owned by Summerville attorney Bobby Lee Cook and was formerly home to George Kastanias’ Victorian Rose Tea Room.
