Man arrested on drug charges

A Shannon man was arrested Monday on drug charges by the Rome-Floyd Metro Task Force, according to a Floyd County Jail report.

According to the report:

Stephen Michael Shuler, 26, of 976 Second St., Shannon, was arrested on charges of possession and intent to distribute marijuana and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

No further details were given in the report.

Shuler remains in jail late Monday with no bond set.
