Brumlow Mills located on South River St. caught fire sometime last night but the official time has not been released.

The Calhoun Fire Department still has crews on the scene cleaning up and will be there for most of the day, authorities said, but the bulk of the fire was put out around 3 a.m.

According to Firefighters there were heavy flames showing when they arrived, and they went on a heavy offensive attack as they called in for other units to assist.

There have been no injuries reported at this time, and the cause of the fire is still unknown.
