Downtown Rome roads reopened around 8:45 p.m. following today's final installment of the Clocktower Classic hand cycling race.

Hand cyclers went first today, taking off around 6 p.m. to run their loop around downtown.

A series of para-cyclers on bicycles rollowed

The start at finish lines were at the Rome Transit Station fountain/Harvest Moon parking lot on East First Street.

The classic began Wednesday with time trials and continued Thursday with a road race.
