Miss Carroll is a 2001 graduate of Armuchee High School and attended Georgia Highlands College. She is employed at Bo-Rome Inc.
The bride-elect is the sister of Christina Buffington and Stephen Bailey, both of Rome.
Jenkins is a 1995 graduate of Pepperell High School and is employed at Amware in Jacksonville, Fla.
The groom-elect is the brother of Joshua Jenkins and Randall Jenkins. He is the grandson of Wilburn and JoAnn Hooper of Lindale.
