Floyd County man arrested on aggravated stalking, burglary charges

A Rome man remained at the Floyd County Jail this morning on felony aggravated stalking and burglary charges, reports stated.

According to reports from the Floyd County Jail:

David Earl Ayers, 42, of 3971 Alabama Hwy., was arrested by Floyd County police early Thursday around 1 a.m. after he was alleged to have violated a temporary protection order and entered an Alabama Highway residence.

Ayers remained in jail without bail on the felony charges.
